Website Lead Generation

Lead generation refers to the creation of prospective customers – people who may not be quite ready to buy or join today but who are interested enough to show interest and thus you'd like to keep in contact with so you can let them know why it's worth doing business with you.

Clearly leads can (and should) be generated in a number of ways – print, broadcast media, display ads, direct response advertising, pay per click, PR, word of mouth, referrals – and leads can be generated for sales or communication purposes via a wide range of offer types such as trial software, white papers, research, toolkit, prize draw etc.

By the time you decide to take a second (or rather third) look at Facebook, your income will surely have been down for a while. If you are in the art business (be it as a dealer, gallery owner or even an artist) the market at this time is immobile at best and your prospects are shrinking while you are trying to decide what to do next. It is true that in this line of work ups and downs are a common occurrence, but the market crash has turned the usual changing winds into a hurricane that has blown away the familiar landscape of art collecting.

Sometimes we find things occur that we have no control over. Take the credit crunch for instance. We may feel our lives are out of balance. Maybe its redundancy, maybe a spouse leaves because we can't cope. We feel there is nothing we can do about it to make our situation better and we keep living our life just going through the motions. Maybe you've had the experience of trying everything you knew to feel happier, wealthier, more abundant but nothing seemed to work. You're confused by the ever present feeling of dissatisfaction from looming financial collapse and failure inside. Sometimes you think you may stop trying, because you get to a point where you believe nothing will work and become fearful that you will fail all over again. It's that pit-of-the-stomach emptiness that gnaws at you and you find that you have become broke, argumentative, frustrated and angry.

Every day, more and more consumers are realizing that shopping on the internet means good, or even great deals that just aren't available at the traditional brick and mortar establishments in their local communities. The smaller stores are out and about on the Internet dangling some of these mega-deals on a fishing line with the hopes that you'll bite and possibly buy an additional item or two from them "while you're at it", or later on down the river. Either way, your name, address and email address are all in their database for future e-mail campaigns and catalogs.

In the current financial climate many of us cannot help but to get into debt and live off credit to some degree, and a common way in which many of us do this is by using credit cards. However, it is important that you do not misuse your credit card and that you are sensible about how and which credit card you use, as otherwise you could end up paying too much for your credit card borrowing, which is something we can all do without these days.
